Democracy

Children are encouraged to share their views and contribute to school life. This is seen through our School Council, pupil voice and opportunities to influence decisions.

Rule of Law

Children understand the importance of rules in keeping everyone safe. Our school rules - Ready, Respectful, Safe - are consistently applied and understood by all.

Individual Liberty

Pupils are supported to make choices and develop independence within a safe and structured environment.

Mutual Respect

Respect is at the heart of our school. Pupils learn to treat others with kindness and consideration at all times.

Tolerance

Through our curriculum, we teach children about different cultures, beliefs and perspectives, helping them to understand and respect the world around them.
